2024巴黎残奥会（The Paris 2024 Paralympic Games）今天开幕，将有来自169个国家和地区的549名残障运动员参与22个体育比赛项目，9月8日结束。
不知还有多少人还会关注残奥会，但我一直觉得残奥会才真正体现了奥运精神。
但什么才是奥运精神呢？
奥运精神英文怎么说？the spirit of the Olympics?
不知道跟Olympism是否一样，Olympism is the philosophy of the Olympic Games. 中文把这个词直译成了“奥林匹克主义”，指奥林匹克运动会所遵循的哲学。这样翻译有点可惜了这个词。

Olympic Oath 奥运誓言（誓词）
2018年之前，奥运誓词分运动员宣誓词、裁判员宣誓词、教练员宣誓词，2018年后整合为统一誓词：
In the name of the athletes.
In the name of all judges.
In the name of all the coaches and officials.
We promise to take part in these Olympic Games, respecting and abiding by the rules and in the spirit of fair play, inclusion and equality. Together we stand in solidarity and commit ourselves to sport without doping, without cheating, without any form of discrimination. We do this for the honour of our teams, in respect for the Fundamental Principles of Olympism, and to make the world a better place through sport.

Olympic Flame 奥运圣火
源自古希腊人对火的崇拜，认为火是构成宇宙万物的基础元素之一。现代奥运沿用了这个传统。
以圣火开启，以圣火结束，不论何时，都对人类保留一点希望，把人类最后的那一点尊严保存在这团火苗里，不辜负普罗米修斯的牺牲。
