第281期：jubilee和anniversary
今天我们来学一个新词，jubilee，意思是“周年庆”、“大庆”，你知道jubilee和anniversary有什么区别吗？
先来看英文释义：
Ajubileeis a particularanniversaryof an event, usually denoting the 25th, 50th, 60th, or 70th anniversary.
韦伯斯特字典的解释最精当：a jubilee is a special anniversary especially:a 50th anniversary（特别指50周年大庆）
简单地说，anniversary表示任何一个整数年份的周年庆，例如什么什么三周年，而且有一个确切的日期，只是周年纪念，不一定有庆典活动。
而jubilee指的是主要年份的anniversary时举行的庆典，不一定对应那个确切的日期，可以是整年。例如：The Queen of England will be celebrating her Diamond Jubilee this year, marking 60 years on the throne. 英国女王在位60周年钻石大庆（2012年）
英国女王的这种庆典就叫public jubilee了。A public Jubilee is a ceremony that celebrates an anniversary.
