第2042期：又有同事走了，沒有 last working day email
昨天中午下楼吃饭，在电梯里碰见两个老同事各抱一个纸盒子。这年头，这镜头，连问都不用问，不是裁员就是跳槽。又少了两个，以后我在办公室认识的人越来越少了，愈发像个陌生人。
据我观察，跳槽的人走前都会群发一封 last working day email，被裁员的人一般不发。
在全球最大的求职网站（indeed.com）上看了一篇文章：How To Write Last Working Day Email，有些心得跟你分享一下。

– to your co-workers 给你认识的同事们（大多数人只知道群发一封给所有人）

– to your customers and vendors 给你的客户和供应商 (这个要看情况，如果公司不允许或形势不合适，就不要发）
– to your boss 给你老板（如果你不是因为your boss is an asshole离职的话），我不知道有多少人会专门给老板发一封告别信，这是我昨天学到的一点。
2. LSD email的两个要点 （本质就是farewell notice）
– keep it brief and normal（简短，不要啰嗦不要煽情，正常口吻，不要阴阳怪气瞎抒情）
– 提前一到两天发，给收信人时间回复你，但一般来说收到别人的LSD email后不应该再直接reply，而应该给ta的私人邮箱发一封email，或者按照ta留下的联络方式跟ta建立联系，if you want to keep in touch in future.
