第699期：如果你半夜吃了四个肯德基腿翅
昨晚十点突然心血来潮叫了四个肯德基腿翅，因为——饿了。
说实话，很饿的时候最过瘾的还是这种西洋垃圾快餐。可以大快朵颐，可以甩开腮帮子撩开后槽牙把里边儿的小套间儿打开饭菜如长江流水似风卷残云地大口吃肉。那种感觉……你懂的吧。
很多人把这种放纵称为罪恶，但不可否认的是同时也有一种乐趣。
这种罪恶感和享受交织的感觉就是我们今天要讲的一个词：guilty pleasure.
A guilty pleasure is something one enjoys and considers pleasurable despite feeling guilt for enjoying it.
这是guilty pleasure最简短的一个定义，很准确。
一般来说，guilty pleasure大多指的是影视、音乐和娱乐节目，你很喜欢，但不好意思让别人知道，因为担心别人觉得你品味低。
例如，很多人以为佛老是个阅读和欣赏品味很高的人，其实佛老最喜欢偷偷看金庸先生和还珠楼主的武侠小说，每天都要听郭德纲相声。

每次出差时，每天晚上必须听着郭德纲相声才能睡觉。睡前随便打开一段，以单口相声为主，定时20分钟。睡的那个香啊。
我的这些隐秘的小乐趣就是我的guilty pleasure.
再比如，我在办公室的每天中午，都要悄悄地喝一罐可口可乐。我知道可乐不健康，但you know, that’s my guilty pleasure.
在网上看到一个人描述了喝可乐的心理，大赞。

抽烟也是一个guilty pleasure.
谁都知道抽烟有害健康，但抽烟时的那种乐趣是不好割舍的。
有的人喜欢看中国男足的比赛，但又不好意思让别人知道，这也是一种guilty pleasure.
或者扬言节食减肥的人偷偷地吃了几串关东煮……
