第1520期：爱啤酒，爱今天。不爱啤酒也爱今天。

今天是一个非官方的小节日——Beer Lovers Day 啤酒爱好者日，跟你分享几个与啤酒相关的好玩的词和事。

首先，有一首“倒数啤酒”歌不知你听过没有。歌词很简（无）单（聊）。

99 bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer.

这首歌叫99 Bottles of Beer on The Wall（墙上的99瓶啤酒），很适合一群年轻人开着车在公路上集体唱。很无聊，就是倒着数数。不知道谁写的，也不知道最初的目的和起源（如果有读者知道，请留言赐教。）

我觉得有点像中国传统曲艺里的绕口令或者顺口溜、儿歌之类的民间小曲。

例如“一个蛤蟆一张嘴，两只眼睛四条腿。两个蛤蟆两张嘴，四只眼睛八条腿。”

以此类推。这个儿歌里面还是有算术内容的，数到后面越来越快口算就很容易算错。

还有一个各种曲艺形式里几乎都有的传统绕口令《玲珑塔》，有西河大鼓书、数来宝、相声贯口、上海滑稽戏、越剧等各种版本。

我们继续聊啤酒。

提到啤酒就不得不提一个国家——德国。

如果你去过德国，肯定忘不了德国餐厅里的那种大个儿啤酒杯，一升起。

这种啤酒杯在德语中叫做 Stein（音似“史戴因”），一般容量是2 pints（品脱）。这个词已被英语字典收录，可以在英语中直接使用。

简单换算（约）：2 pints = 1.14 L = 0.25 gallons = 4 cups.

我在德国各地跟同事们吃饭喝酒，不论餐厅还是酒吧，基本上这种 Stein就是标配，科隆除外（科隆当地啤酒有专用的0.2L容量的细啤酒杯）。在德国其他地方要啤酒 ein Bier (one beer) 基本上默认就是一个这种Stein装的一升啤酒。

年轻时我也逛过酒吧，但这个逛字其实不准确，应该是“窜”酒吧，一家挨一家喝下去，“直到所有的灯都熄灭了也不停留，呕”。

“逛酒吧”在英文中有个传神的表达——bar crawl（爬吧），也叫pub crawl. 不管是bar还是pub，爬（crawl）才是重点。文明一点也可以说bar tour（酒吧之旅）, bar-hopping（跳酒吧）。

过去上海也有过酒吧街，现在都没落了。成都九眼桥过去挺火，现在不知怎……（现在不封了吗？）

北京三里屯和后海也都喝着喝着就变味了，单身男子一路走就不断有拉客的凑过来说“大哥上俺们酒吧玩儿吧，现场乐队，有表演，明白儿消费，能开发票，妹有猫腻儿，哥。”

美国英语里把酒吧戏称为 watering hole，每次在北京街头路过一个接一个酒吧拉客大姐时，我都想到这个词。
