2022年2月27日，俄军侵入乌克兰的第三天，德国总理 Olaf Scholz (/ˈoːlafˈʃɔlts/) 发表了一个讲话：
Putins Krieg – eine Zeitenwende?
English： “Putin’s war – a historical turning point?”
舒尔茨的这番讲话被各大英语媒体引用，Zeitenwende 这个词迅速走红，估计很快就会进入英语字典了。
Zeitenwende 这个德语词的字面意思就是times-turn，翻译成英语就是 historic turning point.
德国总理说的这个历史转折点指的到底是什么呢？
就是俄军入侵乌克兰这件事。
在最新一期《外交事务》（Foreign Affairs）杂志上，舒尔茨发表了一篇文章，进一步阐述了他对当前世界格局和各种风险的看法，再次强调了 Zeitenwende（读音近似“猜疼文德”）。
