第1847期：那些好玩的城市外号和标语
很多城市有外号（nickname），有的还有标语或口号（tagline），用一句简短的话突出一座城市的特质，跟商品广告词用途一样。

本文整理了一些城市的nickname和tagline供你把玩，下面的中文部分是我的注解和翻译。
New York City: “The city that never sleeps.” 形容纽约的繁华，“永不打烊的不夜城”。
Paris: “The city of love and lights.” 巴黎给世界的印象是浪漫、艺术、文化，所以称“爱与光之城”。
London: “The capital of elegance and history.” 凸显伦敦的优雅和历史，可以译成“典雅与历史之城”。
Tokyo: “Where tradition meets innovation.” 东京是座充满了未来感的超级大都市，传统与创新交汇之城。
Rome: “The eternal city.” 主打历史牌，“永恒之城”。
Sydney: “Australia’s sparkling harbor city.” 雪梨：澳洲之绚烂港城
Rio de Janeiro: “The marvelous city.” 里约热内卢：奇妙之城
Dubai: “Where dreams become reality.” 杜拜/迪拜：梦想成真地（奇特的摩天大厦群、奢靡的购物场所）
Cape Town: “Where nature meets urban beauty.” 开普敦：自然与都市完美融合之城。
Singapore: “The vibrant cosmopolitan melting pot.” 新加坡：动感熔炉超级都市
*我一直觉得新加坡的这句tagline没有设计好，建议改成“Singapore: when the west meets the east; 或Singapore: East or West, here you’ll find the best.” 这两句是我给新加坡设计的tagline，如果喜欢，拿走不谢。
